LSB claimed, No units issued to Account

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I Gifted my main account four of the Lightspeed bundles from my alt account February 25/26th. These were claimed by my main account, but disappeared when claimed and were not able to be purchased when they became purchasable for yourself. I could not purchase them at the store as they were already listed as purchased or used. I have opened 8 help tickets with EA help, but they will not do anything to make this right (no units issued and no refund). This has been almost 2 weeks.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Gift the LSB to another account. Claim the LSB and see if the LSB units show up in account or do not show in account.
