LSB gift missing
On 07.02.2025, I attempted to buy 6 LSB of Inquisitors as a gift for my guildmates.
As a result, 4 of them received the gift, while 2 did not.
During the process, I encountered an in-game error (in the message was said that the purchase wasn't charde, but it not true. The funda charged from my card) that caused the client to reboot. After rebooting, I received a message about pending purchases, but one of them was incorrect. (Before the error, I had purchased 3 LSB for Akvasong, DarthNox, and Lepyoshka, but the in-game message listed Akvasong, DarthNox, and Alucard2612.)
I canceled the pending purchase for Alucard2612 and made another purchase for Lepyoshka.
After that, I made two more purchases for Apxaon and Naropin.
Finally, when I tried to purchase an LSB for OyabuN, the payment was rejected due to a lack of funds (because I had made two purchases for Lepyoshka due to the in-game error).
To verify all of this, I recorded a video of the purchasing process (i attached 2 screens from video with the in-game error and message with pending purchases after error. If needed I could provide all video).
After completing these steps, I asked my guildmates to check their inboxes and confirm receipt of the LSB. However, none of them received the LSB.
I rebooted the game and again received a message about pending purchases for: Akvasong, DarthNox, Lepyoshka, Apxaon, and Naropin.
In this message, I could only select one guildmate at a time, so I rebooted several times and confirmed the pending purchases for Akvasong, DarthNox, Lepyoshka, and Apxaon.
On the last reboot, I expected to confirm the purchase for Naropin but did not receive the message.
I tried rebooting several more times, but it did not help.
As a result, 2 purchases were lost, and my guildmates did not receive their LSB.
Please help me resolve this issue:
- Grant 1 Inquisitors LSB to Naropin.
- Grant 1 Inquisitors LSB to OyabuN.
