LSB Ripped Me Off - EA Help Not Helpful
I purchased the Bad Batch Light Speed Bundle over a week ago. My bank was charged, and I received an email confirm that the purchase was successful, however, I never received the characters nor coaxium. I messaged the EA Help center… it has taken them an average of 1+ days per response and each response is pretty well them telling me I did receive the bundle. I have sent them screenshots of my Bad Batch characters (not at 7-star relic 5 like the pack guarantees), and they continue to tell me they can see my account was credited the pack. If they would just look at my roster they would see otherwise; very frustrating experience; I’m posting my conversation with them, so others can be aware… the first part of the conversation is cut out, since it includes some of my information. Anybody else have these issues? If so, how did you get it resolved?
I just want them to either fulfill the purchase as intended, or refund my $30…
