LST not upgrading abilities to level 7

I just applied the Kyber LST from the maul hate fueled event to my gungans and some of the abilties are still level 6 and not the level 7 like they should be. It even showed that the ability was going to go to level 7 but stayed at level 6. All the level 6 ones are zeta upgrades but I thought that they should still apply.
