Mace Windu Bug causing all sorts of problems

I've encountered a bug where the tutorial for ships and crew begins with forcing me to select Mace Windu via the endurance and then it just ends, and going back to the home screen begins the tutorial cycle again. I found a workaround by favouriting a bunch of the ships and it works, but now I'm running into a bunch of other issues that seem to be related.

• Other tutorials are not appearing anymore. (e.g. after unlocking the galactic war table none of the tutorials appeared)
• Locked out of Windu and Tarkin Fleet Commander Training despite meeting the requirements.
• Can't do any of the journey guide battles. (the battle button will do the animation and sound but wont take me into the battle)

It seems to be a sequence issue where the game is still stuck on the Mace Windu tutorial but I don't know how to fix it. If anyone can help that would be amazing.
