Malgus LSB bundle Gift purchase not recieved

Guild leader bought me a malgus lsb this morning (about 5 hours ago as of 4pm est). However, the bundle was never delivered. I can no longer access the bundle on my own store. I tried using the EA Help button, but I can't get a prompt that relates to the situation, and I can't reach am actual person. I've tried the restore purchase. And it did nothing. He tried selecting it as a gift again and it says someone else bought the pack for me already. 

What's the next potential solution?
