Max banner for GAC fleets is wrong

I don't think this is a personal bug just an inaccuracy in the game overall since the new ship update requiring 3 fleet defenses. It says the max ships banners should be 76 banners (as shown in the first attached screenshot) but if you take only 1 ship in and win with full health and protection you can actually get 79 banners. (As shown in the second screenshot) 

Apologies if this is the wrong place for this but it was the only place I could think to submit this error
