May 4th Coaxium Heist Not Refreshing

CG is actively cheating us out of these rewards. They have an undocumented limit of 10 refreshes that is unknown to anyone buying on the webstore and then expecting to receive these additional rewards.  So far the only communication here on the technical forums is basically to inform of this limit after the fact.  Without so much as a “we will investigate” or “we will make this right.”  
Why we as customers put up with this treatment is beyond me.  It’s one thing to put out a buggy product, It’s another to entirely different to alter the terms of a financial transaction after the fact. 
We bought and paid for items on the web store with the EXPECTATION of these additional rewards. There was zero mention of this 10 refresh limit on the store at the point of transaction.  

At least I have answers. Thank you. I just wish they posted that somewhere. I bought an additional pack to try to fix it.

This just happened to me. Absolute bs. Marvel strike force doesn’t have a limit. I’ll just respond in kind with waiting to spend. I was getting back into game after long 5 year break. Not that interested if they are gonna be stingy on some half crap rewards.
