May the 4th coax run not refreshing

I've only had this refresh 2 or 3 times. Every time it did want to refresh. I've had to log out, restart and so on. But now nothing happens and just stays at max..... its been 2 days and still nothing. Wrote a message on help desk, not a word. Bought 2 $50 crystal packs and im not getting any of the rewards from it.
