@skrapsetan Hi,

I am sorry to hear that you have been getting characters you have already maxed. The rewards contained within packs are chance based, it is therefore possible to receive characters again that you had already received in the past.

Unfortunately the information provided by the EA Advisor is incorrect, we cannot assist you on the forums in this regard.

Which characters were you looking to get and how far along are you on them?
