Misleading store item

Question

Just recently purchased the era pass on the web store thinking it’s the new andor pass due to the art being literally andor characters (my first purchase as a new player) come to find out it’s for the current pass that ends in literally 2 days. Is there a way I could get the new pass for free come Tuesday or am I just sitting on purchasing something I’d rather not own considering how much time is left. My ally code is 468-171-439. Thank you for the help, if you aren’t able to compensate the that’s fine, just want clarification for the misleading art on your store

I mean, just claim all the stuff on the track then? Unless you were specifically after the character shards, it's not like there will be a difference in rewards between this month and next.&nbsp;

The character shards are the difference are they not? Unless they don’t release character shards first week of the era

I mean, yeah, the character shards are going to be different. So if that's what you really wanted, yeah, that sucks. And I see that it has the new characters on the art, so that is definitely weird, but on the other hand, it cleary says in red text that it expires in two days. You're probably holding your breath on a refund.
