Missing 4 loaned unit levels

Hi! I've bought the episode pass + both times. And I believe I somehow missed/didn't receive the 4 loaned unit levels from the first episode pass +. 

My current loaned units are level 64, when they should be level 68. Is there anyway I can get the missing 4 loaned unit levels sent to me? Any help would be appreciated!
