Missing Ben solo shards from conquest Cp+

Regual pass costs $9.99. Pass+ normally costs $29.99. You paid the difference ($19.99) in order to get the difference in rewards (+15, total=30). The Pass+ is an upgrade, not a separate purchase, which is why you were only charged the difference and not the full price.

The point is already got 30 and didn’t need the conquest pass for more shards. It already gives 30 with the pass. There is absolutely no reason to get the Cp+. 

According to EA's logs, as answered above, you only got 15 with the basic.

I bought conquest plus pass and should have received 45 Ben solo shards but only recieved 30

In the announcement, it says 15 for basic and 30 for +:

If the basic is indeed giving 30, then that's a bug with the basic giving too many, not that the + should suddenly be giving 45.

The CP+ gives nothing in shards. Zero. The CP gives 30. That’s all you get. There should be no rewards structure as there is NONE. IT IS FALSE and misleading. I bought both. AFTER finishing ConQuest.

And the post that Ultra quoted is the same one I linked above, which actually says basic gets 15 and + gets 30.

I am still trying to see if I can find anyone who bought the basic to confirm how much it is giving if Gunner doesn't want to come back on. I'll run this post by Meathead again for clarification, but it seems clear the Pass+ is only intended to give 30.

@thrakenluap69 So I heard back from Meathead on this, and it turns out the wrong information was given for the post. The 15 is for Normal Conquest, and the 30 is for Hard, regardless of pass type. Meathead is updating the post.

It's not what you want to hear, but I'm unable to share any other information at this time.
