Missing bundle

2 weeks ago I bought finalizer II lightspeed bundle, i didn’t get it for some reason, tried the in-game help to fix my issue but support told me I got my purchase and closed the ticket 2 times, I don’t know what to do, gave them every proof(receipt, screens from game that I don’t have my characters at relic 7). Can someone give me any solution to this&nbsp;

Outside of reading the terms of sale to get the information need to start a Notice of Dispute by writing a letter to EA. There is no solution. Otherwise, they just robbed you...Just search the forums and join the victims of EA Club. They could at least give us an in game titled called "Laugh it up, Fuzzball"
