Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Wampa solo against team of grievous, magna, droideka, b1 and b2. After buttons disappear, let the battle time out.

I encountered the missing buttons bug for the first time in GAC yesterday, a particularly bad version of it. I was using wampa solo against a standard sep droids team, and I had already killed magna guard when the buttons disappeared. I tried switching targets, pressing auto, and bringing up the in game chat, nothing worked.
I figured I might as well post my results since I’d taken out the tank, so I I let the battle time out. Unfortunately, when I went to clean it up, my progress had been lost. My wampa was unavailable and it showed that I had done one battle against the grievous team, but magna was alive and the whole team was at full health and protection. I messaged support in game, and they said to post here, so here I am. I have screenshots, but when I tried to upload them the site said the files are too large.

When the ability buttons go missing during a battle and don't come back, it is usually caused by a battle crash. If your game crashes during a GAC (or TW, for that matter) battle, no progress will be recorded since your game is unable to send a battle result to the server. This is intended and not a bug.
