Missing Buttons, Can't even Auto Battle (1-2 year bug still present)

Summarize your bug Yet again the no buttons freeze where I can't even attack with Auto screws me in a fight again. How after over 1-2years is this bug still in the game and not addressed at all by the devolopers? There are 63 page reports of this bug that ruins peoples Raids, GAC's, TWs etc and yet nothing. Just randomly in P4 of the HSR raid my buttons dissapear and while my game isn't frozen i can go to settings i can target enemies and allies, i can type in chat i have no buttons to use and AutoBattle doesn't work either so effectively i'm unable to do anything but close the app or escape the battle.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know it's been around for 1-2years and reported by every device type and every player from all over the world. You would think by now you'd at least address an atempt to fix it.
