Missing chat button

Summarize your bug When I logged in this morning, my chat button was missing. It reappeared after I hard closed and restarted the game. First time this has ever happened to me.

    Hi @Rathgar91, and thank you for the report.

    Some in-game functionality is restricted for underaged (minor) accounts. Glad to hear that a game restart resolved the issue for you!

    This Happens to me every 2 or 3 days and the chat is gone for 2 or 3 days and then it’s back.

    My chat function has been gone for 2 days and I have logged on and off. I miss getting the guild communications.
