Missing Chimaera blueprints

I am realizing that I'm missing Chimaera blueprints. I completed the event a long time ago. I am at 45/100 to reach 7 stars and unable to reach 7 stars now. I see others may have experienced the same issue. My ally code is 774-362-269.
