Missing coaxium and instant light speed token from episode pass

I bought the episode pass yesterday and leveled it up a few tiers i look for the light speed token it says is an instant unlock but it’s not in my inventory I go on web store to claim the coaxium and it’s not there I’m like parsec 4 I need help I feel like my money was wasted

    My light speed tokens are showing up under one character, but I can’t use them :-(

    My light speed tokens are showing up, but only when I look into 1 specific character. And then when I click on them, it won’t let me use them :-(

    I think I see what you mean but I don’t have any in my inventory just shows me the ones available to acquire through episode pass
