    @Xnowman_forever Please contact EA Help and request a refund for the conquest pass upgrade pack. You will need to re-purchase the correct pass again.

I have the same issue. It happened on PC Client. Contacted support last Tuesday and no response, didn't even get a case number. 

I also tried to purchase on iOS which charged me and gave me crystals because it said I already purchased it. Anyway to help @EA_Gunner? Currently out $20 with no pass at all.
