Summarize your bug Since the release of Mall I've been playing conquest mode regularly the first time I played I made it to the 20 shard crate meaning the five shard 10 yard 15 yard and 20 short should have been received. That's 50 shards including the five free shards we were given through inbox I should have had a total of 55 maul shards. As Captain ahsoka Tano shards appear in the box before you begin receiving any mall shards that means every time I finish conquest I should have five more Commander ahsoka Tano shards than I do of maul. Therefore I should have 60 Commander associates and 55 Mall shards after the end of the first conquest. I didn't receive any shards it took almost 2 weeks to get EA help to do anything whatsoever after being hung up on providing ample information and doing their jobs for them when they have ample online records showing when the events ended and what was earned I finally received my 50 maul shards. The next conquest is started I made it to the five shard crate the 10 shard crates and the 15 shard crate for Maul. I'm missing 20 shards as I was only rewarded 10. This would be the second time I was screwed. I normally don't care about Jedi but since I earned them and you're not giving me my Mall shorts I want my commander ashokaTano shards as well. Seeing as how you get five ahsoka Tano shards before you get any more shots and then you start getting more shards I should have had five 10 15 and 20 commander of circle Tano shards from the second conquest and they total of five 10 15 20 and 25 shards for a commander ahsoka Tano from the previous conquest. Right now I should be at 85 Mall shards and 95 Commander ahsoka Tano shards I am at 65 Mall shards and 15 Commander ashoka tano shards. As I have attached 23 dated screenshots to my file and your customer service Representatives act like they don't know when or how many shards are missing. I have attached pictures of each case one claimed and unclaimed and how many shards go in it after the second time being screwed over I wait until I am through playing to claim my crates and I take pictures of them showing that I have earned them and showing when I claim them I do not have them. After eight customer service Representatives I got a young man that solved the issue the first time and told me to repeat the same steps if it occurred again knowing that it would I have and none of your foreign customer service representatives are any help whatsoever telling me that they can't fix this give me my money back I spent over $2,600 on this game in The last 5 years give me my money back if you will not give me the rewards that I have earned. I have 23 screenshots chronologically in order that prove my case but I can only submit three here so how can I show anything worthy here?

The only thing I could possibly prove to you within three attachments is if you look at my Mall shards from my first attempt you'll see I got 25 I already had five I made it to the 20 crate but what happened to the guarantee rewards for the 15 crate the 10 crate and the five crate as you will see later on maybe 14 to 15 days later after the first issue was resolved I finally got to my 65 shards that I earned respectively but if you look at Captain ahsoka Tano taking the same day as I received my Mall shorts I went from five Captain ahsoka Tano sharks to 15 how is that possible you earned cat shards in the box before you earn any mall shards so if I have 65 mile shards then I should definitely have 70 associated shards but I don't and this is the second time you've screwed me I should now be at 95 cat shards and 85 Mall shards I've had to type this and explain it for three and a half weeks excuse me for using speech to text it's not very reliable and forgive me if my math may be off just the tad bit but you see what's going on and you get the gist of it I've had to explain this for three and a half weeks to eight different people and seven different languages and nobody ever helps me constant emails constant attachments constant case resumes they say they're waiting on me they call me and don't even say anything on the phone and just hang up and then say that I wasn't available but your service is terrible give me my rewards now we're going into the third conquest in a row where I'm not going to get my rewards how can I keep up with the dates and times that's getting screwed occurs and the number of shards that I'm losing why do I have to do book reports on the shards that I should have when you have an online database of every players activities why do I have to do your homework for you
