What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I spoke with the agents using the in game help and they told me to post here. I had an issue during the last conquest. On 11/1 I was doing my conquest battles, specifically I was doing my last battle for the phoenix feat. During the battle I got error code 9.0. When I rebooted the game it showed the Phoenix feat as complete and I had 603 keycards. But whenever I tried to claim the omicron reward my game would crash with error code 9.0 again. That’s when I initially contacted support. After I finished another feat I was able to claim the omicron so I thought everything was good. I finished my last feat, got to 633 keycards and simmed datacron battles for the last 2 days. Fast forward to 11/3, I got my conquest rewards for gold box saying that I only got 618 keycards. So now I am 25 Gideon shards and 5 Malicos shards short of where I was planning. My Malicos is sitting at 325/330. So as far as I can tell the issue is the phoenix feat. On my game it showed as complete, but on the back end it must have not actually completed. That’s why it crashed when I tried to claim the omicron initially, on the back end the game saw me trying to claim a reward that I “didn’t have the keycards” for. Even though on my end it showed that I had those keycards. I honestly just want those missing shards, hope you guys are willing to help me out 👍
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I guess start a battle in conquest that would complete a feat, and then force a connection issue.
