Missing content of LV LSB purchase in Webstore

Hey, i‘m Karlo ingame. My Allycode is 975112843 and my EA Account is feq99. I’m from Germany and playing via iOS. I purchased the Lord Vader LSB in the Webstore yesterday. Unforgunately i got an ingame message that the purchase couldn‘t get through and i got compensated with around 7300 crystals. But i don‘t want the crystals, i want the contents of the LSB.
