Missing content on Special Marque events

What is up with these special marque events when a new character is released? Additional events are released of previous characters and before the event starts it says you can get rewards but I only ...

This is working as intended. Undying Legion I and II are currently on a re-run and have only tier 1 available for players who missed the marquees a few weeks ago.

So, there are no rewards even though it said there were on the preview before the event was active?

    @mjdeitrick It's for people who may have missed the initial 55 shards when the marquee was released for the first time.

      Same issue, I just started playing that week and just got rewards first time but not afterwards.
