Missing Crate Reward from Conquest

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
Platform:Android Phone
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? Motorola G6 play
OS Version Android Version 9

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I did no receive my rewards crate
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? please check log

Country Belize

I have not received my conquest rewards. I got up to crate 6. The only Boba Fett shards I have are the 15 i bought with event currency

    Didn’t get my rewards for conquest 10. I checked my Boba (scion of jango) shards and Maul shards. They’re still showing the same number as they did the past few days.
