Missing darth raven shards

Have not received all

of the darth raven shards after completing the whole thing. I have contacted the help in game. It has been over a week. Complained again they told me to come here?! I don’t get why I have to do all this for you guys to fix the issue? It should be that hard for you to just send the missing shards and other things I haven’t received. It won’t let me post a picture because it has to many kilobytes.
