Any idea at all? I need Darth Revan for Darth Malak. I haven’t heard anything back in the in game help chat either.

I have the same exact issue the other guy had on this thread. I’ve reached out several times to EA Help and haven’t gotten any response after 3 weeks. I finished the Darth Revan event, and I am still missing 55 shards. My ally code is 869-979-482.

You can see my in-depth forum post that I tried 3 weeks ago with no response on my profile.
here’s the screenshot that shows I completed the event and am missing 55 shards
