How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug My guild completed DS Territory Battle. My guild leader removed players that were merging into a different guild. When we logged in, no DSTB rewards were received. Please, please, find a solution to this. It took a week of work for those rewards. Thank you
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Follow bug report: populate inbox with rewards and execute a guild removal

If you leave your guild or were kicked from it before you claimed your guild rewards (pretty much any guild rewards) then you won't be able to receive them. This is working as intended and not a bug.
