Missing Endurance shards

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
Platform:Android Phone
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? Pixel 6

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Summarize your bug The game crashed as i completed the 6 star fleet challenge for endurance and never got the 85 shards for it. When I contacted support I was advised to wait for the event to come back to retry to get the shards but the event never reapeared. I can't progress my endurance with the fleet mastery event since my ship is stuck at 5 star with no way to earn shards for it.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

I have the same issue with Endurance missing shards and strangely enough also on a pixel device
