Missing episode pass+

i purchased the episode pass+ and it’s stuck in pending mode.

Also on my account I purchased the old republic lsb some time ago, this still hasn’t applied and I’ve been struggling to get this issue resolved.

These were both purchased via the webstore

please help me resolve these 2 issues
