Missing episode track LST

Completed the paid episode track, upon clicking on the chest I did not receive either of the two light speed tokens.

The in game chat feature is awful, I want what I paid for! Someone sorted this mess

Just bought a bad batch lightspeed bundle and got crystals instead
And the bundle still shows in the webstore. The error message is attached. Please assist or refund. Note that the support bot simply tells to press Restore Purchases button which is of no help.
