Hi @Dezmonoizer,

Thanks for reaching out about this. I'm catching up and wanted to update the thread. This was a known issue and last week a make good was sent out. If you didn't get it, update this thread: Sith Eternal Tier IV Event Crash -lost tickets

Good afternoon, I received 60 pieces of shards, unfortunately I forgot to indicate that 120 shards of the dark side were spent on my side, so if you can please send the remaining 60 so that my game will be back in balance.

  @Dezmonoizer Based on our logs you were only eligible for 60 Dark Side tickets.
