Missing General Anakin Skywalker Shards After Completing Event

I've completed the final stage of General Anakin Skywalker's Journey Guide today. After the closing scene the game errored and forced me to restart. I've completed the achievement for finishing the event, and when checked the event shows that I've completed it. However I've never received the shards required to unlock the character, so my GAS is still unlocked with 110/145 shards..

I've included screenshots with my player ID. Really quite a poor experience, especially considering I've been paying to help gear my characters up to complete this event. 

EA - please can you sort this out ASAP? I don't have the patience or will to spend weeks speaking with customer service teams, or to spend hours reading through pages and pages of text in forums.
