Missing General Skywalker shards

Hello everyone! I passed the event on General Anakin Skywalker, but didn't get all shards after passing the event. I am 100/145 now.  My allycode: *257-136-731* Please solve this problem.

I think this problem is widespread, as many players have reported the same issue, and it should be fixed
