    The 20 missing shards for GL Leia should be in your inbox in-game now.

    PS: You can always get in touch with our Customer Support for any missing items, rewards, purchases, etc. They should be able to help.

I've also got this problem, I must not have realised it crashed because I've finished the shards gathering part of the event and can't unlock her
