Missing GL Rey Shards

Hi all,

I am missing 25 GL Rey shards after receiving an error code in one of the events which seems like a fairly common issue. I should have 280 shards at this point and only have 255 as seen in the picture. If I can get this fixed I would greatly appreciated as I spent $50 on the packs and now cannot get the character when I thought I would. Ally code: 979-353-395
