Summarize your bug - Since the latest update, I no longer have access to Guild Chat functions limiting my role as the guild leader. I've contacted EA support twice on the phone, once in e-mail and lastly via chat support. I use Game Center in iOS and they believe the last update caused an issue due to an incorrect age restriction. I've gone through the process to correct the age restriction and it didn't fix the issue. I have 2 iOS devices that I can use and both have the same issue. I've deleted the game, reinstalled the game, cleared the cache in Safari, restarted the devices and used different internet connections on both iOS devices and it didn't resolve the issue.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Something changed in your code from the last install. I believe it's tied to the age restriction issue. For me to see the issue, i just log into the game and see that I don't have a guild chat button.
