Hello,
I never received the initial 10 shards to unlock the Endurance. Every other way of gaining shards for the Endurance requires the Endurance.
I'm guessing my Wi-Fi cut out when I was supposed to receive the shards.
As you can see from the attached screenshots, I've received the other two starting capitol ships, but not the Endurance.
Please let me know if you need any other info.

@AshhStarWars is correct; our Customer Support should usually be the first to contact for any missing items, rewards, etc. Since you did that already, I went ahead and granted you the missing 10 shards for the Endurance so that you can unlock that Capital Ship now.
