Missing Items

Hello, I am sending you this message regarding my recent purchase. For some unknown reason I received confirmation of my purchase of the Rogue Pack with Admiral Raddius but when I opened the game I had not received it. So I waited a few days to see if I would receive them but in the end it didn't work. So would it be possible for you to fix this problem please?
