Missing Jabba shards

Summarize your bug Game crashed on tier 1 battle and now am 10 shards short of completing Jabba galactic event with no available battles to complete

I also am having the same exact issue. Ally code. 896-311-321. In game help has been no help. I was told to “keep playing the game” screenshot was to big to attach.
