I completed all of the tiers of the Jabba event and was left with 320/330 shards and no way to obtain the last 10 shards needed to unlock Jabba. I tried to use the help feature in the app, but it seemed to be AI responses and the issue was not resolved. I have attached what it looks like in game.

check your missions. It sounds like you thought you did 8 of mission 1 and only completed 7.
I have replayed all of the missions to be sure that I didn’t miss any. I no longer receive rewards for completing any of the tiers.
Does anyone from EA even look at these posts? A GL is a big investment, and to not even receive a response is extremely frustrating.
