Missing Jar Jar Event, says need level 85. I've been that for 7 years

Hello,

I can't seem to get into the Jar Jar Event. It says I must be level 85 to open it, so  I'm a bit confused. I have been level 85 for 7 years . Also the recent Inquisitor assault battle didn't open up for me. I've been waiting for it and just finished getting them all to relic 8 but then it didn't open up. Why is this happening?
