missing jkr lsb

on the 5th of november i bought the jkr and darth revan bundle but i only got the darth revan bundle.

the jkr bundle was charched from my acc but i didnt recive it, i recived 1,340k crystals, i can still see it in the store.

if it works i just want the money from the jkr bundle refunded.

(bought in the webstore/ allycode 342-532-688) pls help
