Seems it’s happening to many of us… let’s see maybe with update soon we get it (new ship era)
No luck yet but I contacted EA support via the game here and am speaking to an agent on the live chat. Try that because there is no support on these forums

i talked to customer support and didn’t want to do their job i literally waited 6 hours..
After 4 days... any success? I've tried but havent heard anything.
No success yet. Just sending screenshots of my purchase to some EA help advisor but they take on average 24 hours to reply. It's incredibly slow and frustrating not to mention every time I speak to an agent, they change to someone else. I will not be buying anything else for this game until it's resolved as they do not seem to care and I do not want to go through this again.
