Missing lightspeed bundle - PROFUNDITY LIGHTSPEED II

Support needed.

I purchased the £19.99 LSB and have not received it despite being charged and receiving a confirmation email. Please can this be looked at.

    No success yet. Just sending screenshots of my purchase to some EA help advisor but they take on average 24 hours to reply. It's incredibly slow and frustrating not to mention every time I speak to an agent, they change to someone else. I will not be buying anything else for this game until it's resolved as they do not seem to care and I do not want to go through this again.

    i talked to customer support and didn’t want to do their job i literally waited 6 hours..

    No luck yet but I contacted EA support via the game here and am speaking to an agent on the live chat. Try that because there is no support on these forums

  • Seems it’s happening to many of us… let’s see maybe with update soon we get it (new ship era)
