Missing Loaned Unit Levels
Hi, I am experiencing an issue with my loaned unit levels. My loaned units are currently level 60 (as of 6/2), which is two levels lower than they should be. I have logged in every day to claim the daily loaned unit level rewards, first through the inbox and later through the calendar system, and I also completed the 5-star tier of the R5-D4 event for the additional loaned unit levels. Players who have completed the same daily claims and event progression are currently at level 62, while my account remains at level 60. I believe this discrepancy may be related to one of two issues I encountered: either loaned unit levels claimed from the inbox occasionally did not apply to my active Coliseum squad, or the calendar system repeatedly prompted me to claim the same loaned unit levels on consecutive days without correctly applying them. This issue is negatively affecting my Coliseum performance and score, and I would appreciate it if my account could be reviewed and two loaned unit levels could be added to restore my progression to the correct level.
