Missing Lord Vader shards

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
Platform:Apple iPhone
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? Iphone 11
OS Version 14.8.1

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Summarize your bug My game crashed after completing tier 3 of the Lord Vader event, I was not rewarded any shards. Now I have completed tier 1-3 but I am missing 50 Lord Vader shards so cannot unlock him. I have logged a ticket and followed their general troubleshooting, they advised they cannot help. Forums advised I write a post here.

The team is working a limited schedule just now, but will be happy to sort this for you when they are back in the office. Please be assured all reports of this nature are looked into and can be swiftly rectified.

I have the same issue also. Ally code is 575-774-748
im missing 10 shards and can no longer progress. Can I have mine looked into also? So incredibly frustrating

Hi @rozzy2412,

We've checked your account, and you have a 7 star Lord Vader active. Are you missing shards for a different character by any chance?

PS: You can always contact our Customer Support for any missing items, rewards, etc.

This issue is still on going it just happened to me the other day and I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone to fix it
