Missing LSB characters
I bought the jedi allies lightspeed bundle. However none of the characters have showed up in my inbox. I tried restoring purchases, clearing cache, and it's been weeks now.

The same issue for me and my lightspeed bundle with tuskens. I make several tickets in help.ea and from the in-game menu as the tech support asks and it didn't help! The same here: restoring purchases, clearing caches, tries to do it from different phones and PC. Still nothing.
Have they said anything to you? I stopped getting responses
Nah. Not anything specific or helpful. Just a link to this forum to check if any other players have the same situation and how they worked it out.
So I created my own topic too. Maybe support in here will be more communicative.
