EA QV TeamMod Inventory issues were solved on September 2 already. We checked your account information and could not confirm any missing mods from your inventory.
I am sorry but maybe they were solved for other people but not for me. A lot of mods from my top characters are missing and those were 6dot. Check the numbers that I had at the start of August and those that I have now regarding 6dot mods. Also how can you explain that I have characters under G12 gear with 6 dot mods? That is not possible to do in game and it's clearly the result of a bug with mods. The last update was not tested too much and it clearly resulted in a lot of discrepancies with mods and I don't understand why you don't accept the fact and do something about it. With the way I am being treated, I am starting to feel sorry that I have been a customer of this game.
Mod Inventory issues were not resolved and a lot of players will take offence at that insinuation.
One of our guild members, Ben Kryze (ally code 295-486-865) lost all of his Mods, even the equipped ones and he was insultingly told that he sold them. You have to unequip every mod before selling and I guarantee it that no real investigation was put in place towards his account.
As a guild member of his i will be looking to follow up on this and ensure that he is either fully compensated for a large number of mods and credits or to have his mods restored. I am gathering further information from him at this moment.Can you please take the time to tell me exactly why someone would choose to sell all their mods except for 1 character?
Also, i believe that this mod bug is related to the Error Code 9 that quite a few of your customer base suffered as noted previously in bugs. It also gave me the same code when using a direct chat option within game. So, there is an obvious fault within the coding of the mods update and it needs resolved, players compensated (those affected) and a serious reply to an ongoing issue which is affecting players. Also TW is starting soon, how are these players going to feel about this not being able to feel of help.

@EA_Gunner The mod inventory display bug was fixed. I think what OP has is something different.
It's bizarre that it would show characters under g12 with 6* mods. I have to wonder if some table index got messed up or something. That would explain 6* mods coming off characters that had them and moving to characters for whom it should not be possible to have them.
Can someone look into 295-486-865 (Ben Kryze, Scottishsquad) who is a newer player in our guild and something like this is a hard recovery due to the credits he needs at his level, never mind having to re-spend energy regaining mods and having to up them.
The main focal point for me was that his mods were sold whilst equipped, why would a new player decide to sell all/vast majority of his mods. It makes no sense and anyone giving that answer (in game support) should have questioned that. I am just looking for Ben Kryze to have his inventory back where possible and remediation where not possible should it be found that no mods were deliberately sold.

We need answers. We have a new player that the game stole mods from (decided to leave mods on Darth Vader though). Wheres the answer, i will pursue this. He needs his mods back.
I have also posted about this both here and to EA help but no one has taken me seriously. I have noticed I dropped a lot of 25+ mods and 20+ speed mods as well. And then I have duplicates of the exact same mods.

This is not the early september mod bug, this appears to have arisen from the Error Code 9 bug which looks like it affected more than just mods because an in game direct message to the user returned the EC9 message, other people note it affected inboxes too. I am looking for someone to rectify his lost mod inventory by restoring it or compensating it.
In game support stated he sold them, but how could equipped mods be sold. I would like to see proof of that assumption. Also he appeared to have 32/500 after the bug instance and that the mods on Darth Vader remained.Solved: Error 9.0 claiming earned mods - Page 2 - Answer HQ
Someone else now adding to that ticket which was solved for 1 person but not everyone. Can we please have the courtesy of a response from this. Even if it is just an update on any ongoing investigation. Should there not be, is there any escalation process as one of my guildmembers and others have still suffered a loss of gaining mods or loss of mods from the Errorcode 9 issue.
I still have no explanation of how in game EA support could say our guildmember could sell equipped mods and would appreciate the full reasoning or explanation into this.
