@EA_Gunner The mod inventory display bug was fixed. I think what OP has is something different.
It's bizarre that it would show characters under g12 with 6* mods. I have to wonder if some table index got messed up or something. That would explain 6* mods coming off characters that had them and moving to characters for whom it should not be possible to have them.
Can someone look into 295-486-865 (Ben Kryze, Scottishsquad) who is a newer player in our guild and something like this is a hard recovery due to the credits he needs at his level, never mind having to re-spend energy regaining mods and having to up them.
The main focal point for me was that his mods were sold whilst equipped, why would a new player decide to sell all/vast majority of his mods. It makes no sense and anyone giving that answer (in game support) should have questioned that. I am just looking for Ben Kryze to have his inventory back where possible and remediation where not possible should it be found that no mods were deliberately sold.
